The whole team was super professional from start to finish. The folks I talked to in the office were helpful and clear about pricing and what we should expect. I booked in the morning for an afternoon appointment with no problem. The movers showed up right at the start of the window we requested, communicated clearly throughout the whole process, and were in and out - with the piano - within 45 minutes.
